As such, IRIA and other professional instruction and certification providers use the background, credibility and the experience of court recognized subject matter experts and their conclusions (which are factual and have proven to be meaningful, applicable, practical and defendable) as the foundation for its’ operational standards.

This expertise has been quantified in the Risk Management Matrix(TM) and is the foundation of the IRIA standards.
